Rich plant growth on Limestone




For those of us in the UK who are used to the occasional lichen moss or liverwort on our dry stone walls it is amazing to see the profusion of flowers on these walls in mainland Europe where limestone is far more common.Gerhard Stoll sent these photos.He has produced some fine guides to building without cement.For more information contact Gerhard on gstoll@bluewin.ch
